2010-2011 STUDENT TEACHER MEETING
will be held on Friday, October 30 at 3:00 PM in Lohrenz 7 Classroom. Students who plan to student teach either Fall 2010 or Spring 2011 need to attend. There are many details which must be taken care of this semester for next year. Anyone who has questions about this meeting may contact Dr. Donna Bagley at x1005 or may stop by her office, Lohrenz 17.
EDUCATION MAJORS..…
The Education Department will administer basic skills tests in the next few weeks. Students pursuing a degree in Elementary or Secondary Education who have not taken or have not passed these tests need to plan to do so at this time. Students must pass these exams before being admitted to the Teacher Education Program. Students enrolled in Introduction to Education for Interterm 2010 will take these tests during Interterm. The WRITING EXAM will be administered Tues, Nov 17, and the WORKKEYS READING EXAM on Tues, Nov 3. Buy your tickets at the bookstore. Both exams will be given at 3:00 PM in the Education Department Curriculum Lab. Questions? Contact Joyce Loewen x1007.
