K-LIFE AREA DIRECTOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Implementation and execution of agreed upon vision
•Directing staff (weekly staff meetings, ongoing equipping and accountability)
•Oversight of, recruiting, training and accountability of leaders (including a weekly leader meeting)
•Casting vision to and reporting to the local board/church leadership
•Administration of small group ministry (including implementation of the K-Life curriculum)
•Planning and leading 1 to 2 personal small group Bible studies
•Oversight of programming of ministry (clubs, events, teaching, etc.)
•Direct proactive communication in the community (youth pastors, school administrators, etc.)
•Programming for any board-initiated fundraiser (banquet, etc.)
• Regular contact work
•Oversight of monthly reports submitted to Regional Director
•Reporting to local board president/church leadership as well as K-Life Regional Director
SALARY: Very Competitive
