Founded in 1966 and located in the Manistee National Forest of Michigan, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp is a summer community of the fine arts. Our primary goal is to motivate our campers with two weeks of intensive instruction and send them home with an incentive to pursue their art with new enthusiasm. Duties include: living with 10-12 campers, eating with your assigned cabin, supervise clean-up details, plan recreational and social activities, work 15-20 hours a week at a specific work assignment, and consistently evaluate and act on all campers’ special needs, problems, and concerns.
