Hand in Hand

In their first class on teaching methods, I assigned my students the task of coming up with the ultimate lesson plan format for their own subject areas using the world wide web as a resource. Students worked in teams and developed PowerPoint presentations to describe and defend their formats. All you secondary teachers out there blog away by sending in your comments. What would you add or eliminate to truly make these formats truly ultimate?
